“Don’t You Know That You’re Toxic”

Another two winners from just the five runners for Richard and the Team at Sefton Lodge this week takes the March strike rate to an unbelievable 55%!

First up was Run Boy Run breaking his maiden at Newcastle on Friday. Unlucky not to have gotten his head in front last year he made amends first time out under Jason Hart and hopefully can progress onto some nicer targets this season.

Saturday was the turn of Toxic at Wolverhampton. This was her first time on a racetrack having been bought for just £4k as a foal. A super ride from Daragh Keenan victory never looked in doubt and hopefully she can move onto some nicer targets.

A double for myself as the owner, a double for Richard Spencer as the trainer and more impressively a double for our stallion Rajasinghe – and two new winning horses (both were maidens) enhancing further what are already impressive stats.

This week we head to Southwell with three runners on Tuesday – one of which is our first two year old runner of the campaign, Sex On Fire, let’s hope he can give a good account of himself. Also on the card we have Waiting All Night making his seasonal debut and a quick reappearance for Give It Up – Hollie Doyle rides all three.

Then on Friday Aidan Andabettin has multiple entries but is likely to head to Lingfield, whilst Cross The Tracks shoots for Gold up at Newcastle.

Fingers crossed we can close out March with another couple of winners.
