“Boom Boom Boom”

Naomi Lapaglia’s trip down to Fontainebleau on Saturday for the Listed Prix Ceres was the highlight of our week.

Once again in receipt of a dreadful draw she ended up in last place at the turn, before passing no less than fourteen rivals in the last couple of furlongs to finish third and pick up her first piece of Black Type. It was another eye catching run from this improving filly who will be kept in training next season.

Earlier in the week the yard had a couple of unsuccessful runners over obstacles at Market Rasen.

The week ahead sees a blank entry board and a yard full of tradesmen working on the refurbishment programme.
