“Travel Week …..”

No flat racing last week but a great Saturday morning spent at Sefton Lodge meeting most of the new team and watching the horses having their final leg stretch before flying to Dubai later this week. With today’s rapid fall in temperature who wouldn’t want to join them?

There definitely was a buzz of excitement around the place and it’s amazing how quickly this project has come around.

Racing resumes this week at Kempton on Wednesday with Atmosphere in the 1 mile Apprentice Handicap, a last time out Course and Distance winner – Toby Moore has his first ride for us.

On Thursday we head to Newcastle with Maneater looking to go one place better than on her debut second place in the 1m 2 furlong maiden. She may also be joined by Teardrops should he get a run, both will be ridden by George Wood.

Alive Again and Space Cowboy could also be Newcastle-bound on Saturday.

Elsewhere the yearlings continue their education at Vicarage Farm, please keep following our socials as we continue to christen the lot of them – fantastic work by Smyly media.
