“Tell Me Something Girl”

Shallow got us off the mark for the year last Monday, really showing her toughness to hold on from the front and take her career record to 3 wins from 6 runs – what a wonderful filly to be involved with. She is one of five horses that we have catalogued for this week’s horses in training sale.

A quiet week on the runners front; Pjanoo is another horse entered in the sale at the end of the week, and so may be making his last start for us on Tuesday at Wolverhampton. Lovesick will also head to Wolves on Tuesday evening.

Back at HQ on Saturday I had my first ‘Saturday Gallops’ of the calendar year, and first chance to see how our successful 2yo class from last season have developed over the winter into their classic season; hopefully we have a big year coming with the likes of Candy and Yah Mo Be There (both listed winners on their latest start) and exciting debut winners Righthere Rightnow and The Man who all look to have strengthened up well for their breaks.

Fingers crossed for another winner this week.
