The Next Episode put in an outstanding performance at Gold Coast last Friday evening to land the $1m Magic Millions National 2 year old Classic. Once again making life difficult for himself from the gate, he showed an electric turn of foot to get himself out of trouble under another cool ride from Jason Collett. Huge thanks to Ciaron Maher and all of his team who are keeping our Australian dream alive – he’ll now have a short break and will target The Group 1 Coolmore at the end of October.
Back home starts this week at Leicester tomorrow with the debut of recent breeze up purchase Miami to Ibiza. This looks like being a very hot contest and I’m sure we’ll learn a lot from this race. Kimbara makes his handicap debut at Lingfield.
Wild Thoughts is entered at Haydock on Saturday bidding for the five timer.
