“Glory, Glory Tottenham Hotspur ….. “

Just the one winner last week and whilst it wasn’t on the track it was a big one with Spurs lifting the Europa League Trophy. A couple of great days away in San Sebastián/Bilbao creating memories, and now Champions League football to look forward to next season.

On the track it was a mediocre week with a couple of placed efforts and some further clarity on running plans for Royal Ascot which is very much the team’s current focus. I hope to share them in detail next week.

This week we start tomorrow with Midnight City heading to Leicester for the 7 furlong Claimer. George Wood rides in what could be this lads last opportunity to get his head in front of the for us as he forms part of our draft for the July sales.

On Thursday Atmosphere and Sprinter both head to Yarmouth for the 6 furlong Novice.

Then on Friday Mwaki heads to Brighton for the 6 furlong restricted maiden whilst You Sexy Thing could make the trip to Haydock for the 6 furlong Novice.

We could be back at Haydock on Saturday with Shallow and the long awaited return of the Space Cowboy.

Then finally we could be close to home on Sunday with  Somebody heading to Chelmsford whilst Mwaki and Wild Thoughts will also be entered at Nottingham.

Elsewhere, the disappointing Small Town Hero left our roster, best of luck to his new owners. Life After Love continues to have ‘rain stop play’ and moves to Ciaron’s Melbourne base in search of better ground.
