A quiet week on the track with just the one runner in Kimbara taking another step forward to finish an eye catching 4th at Newmarket last Tuesday in the Alex Scott Maiden. Having only his second start he will probably step an extra furlong on his next racecourse appearance.
Our 2026 flat season really gets underway from today with four runners.
Wobopaloomop, a half-sister to Candy, becomes our first two year old runner for 2026 up at Redcar this afternoon. Thirty minutes later Wild Thoughts makes his seasonal and handicap debut, both are ridden by Saffie Osborne.
Later this evening George Wood heads to Newcastle to ride both Enter Sandman and Tainted Love.
