“Do You Believe In ……”

Life After Love, our first venture into Australia, took another major step forward in her development last week comfortably winning her trial at Warwick in a fast time. Bought at last years Magic Millions sale with Peter Trainor and Ciaron Maher our dream of meeting up with her on The Gold Coast in January remains very much alive.

Six runners from Sefton Lodge last week saw some strong performances with four making the frame but yet our record breaking thirty third winner proved elusive. With our horses continuing to perform well and be competitive I am sure it wont be long before we are back in the winners enclosure again.

This week we have two chances …….

First up is Juicy, returning to Southwell on Tuesday following last weeks slightly unlucky second place in the apprentice race. This time it is the turn of the professionals with George Wood taking the ride, back over same course and distance we hope she can go one better.

We’re then back at Southwell on Wednesday with Sex On Fire attempting to carry a penalty in the 2 year old Novice.
